Francisco Javier Aldana

Attorney Aldana has practiced over 18 years and is an experienced trial attorney.  He studied Biology at Harvard College and studied law at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in all the Federal Courts in the State of California, including the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is admitted to the State Bar of California Bar and is registered with the Executive Office of Immigration Review.  Mr. Aldana can practice in every Immigration Court in the United States and its territories.  He currently serves on the Board of La Raza Lawyers Association and is very passionate about his clients.  He takes a holistic approach to his client’s cases and only accepts cases he believes in.  Mr. Aldana is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, Tom Homann Lawyer’s Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
